At Jubilant Hearts Healthcare, our story begins with both professional experience and a personal journey. Our founder, Katina Edwards, a Certified Dementia Care Practitioner and Fall Prevention Specialist, dedicated over a 20 years to the field of diagnostic imaging and medical device technology, working alongside clinicians and patients during some of the most critical moments of care. She witnessed how compassionate, timely support could transform a patient’s recovery and quality of life.

But Jubilant Hearts was created from more than clinical expertise. After the devastating loss of her mentally ill sister, Katina felt the deep grief and difficult decisions families face when caring for a loved one. She saw the gaps, she felt the overwhelm, and she knew there had to be a better way.

 

That “better way” became Jubilant Hearts Healthcare — a trusted, heart-centered home care agency built on both professional excellence and personal empathy. Our mission is to bring peace, dignity, and joy to every client we serve, treating each person like family. Because for us, care is more than a service — it’s our calling. And for us, it’s personal.
